We want you to be completely satisfied with your IC LAB purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale and made-to-order items are final sale.

How to Return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
